ID- SHD: Artificial Intelligence-Driven Evaluation of Structural Heart Diseases Using Wearable Electrocardiogram

The ID SHD study validated an AI-ECG algorithm developed by the CarDS Lab to detect structural heart diseases using ECGs from wearable devices like the Apple Watch and KardiaMobile. ECG results were compared to gold-standard echocardiography in 600 patients at Yale New Haven Hospital to evaluate a scalable screening approach.

SMART-LV: Pilot Evaluation for SMartphone-adaptable Artificial Intelligence for PRediction and DeTection of Left Ventricular Systolic Dysfunction

The goal of this pilot study is to evaluate the prospective performance of an image-based, smartphone-adaptable artificial intelligence electrocardiogram (AI-ECG) strategy to predict and detect left ventricular systolic dysfunction (LVSD) in a real-world setting.
