Dr. Evangelos Oikonomou receives the AHA Career Development Award!

We are proud to share that our Associate Director, Evangelos K. Oikonomou, MD, DPhil, has received the 2026 American Heart Association Career Development Award! This award supports promising early-career investigators as they pursue innovative research and build the foundation for long-term scientific leadership.

Dr. Oikonomou's work will focus on leveraging multimodal architectures in the electronic health record to enable the targeted screening of under diagnosed cardiomyopathies.
