Wendy Luo

MD Student

Wendy Luo is a third-year medical student at Yale School of Medicine working on developing and assessing digital imaging biomarkers for cardiovascular medicine.

She graduated from Zhejiang University majoring in Biomedical Engineering and earned her PhD in Biomedical Engineering using functional MRI and machine learning to study human brain activities under different cognitive states. She was awarded prize teaching fellow for her dedication to teaching. Her interest in cardiovascular medicine brought her to Cars Lab to apply her skills to an exciting new field.

Outside the lab and hospital, Wendy likes painting and baking.
