Mohanad is a medical student at Texas Tech El Paso, currently completing a cardiovascular research fellowship. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in computational biology, where he worked in bioinformatics and large scale data research, as well as electrophysiology research. He has a passion for learning new skill sets and applying them to solve different problems.

Outside of academics, he enjoys tennis, hiking, and playing soccer.
