ECG HCM Executable (Windows)

Instructions:

  1. Download the contents of the box folder into a single folder: https://yale.box.com/s/pcm1x3u7rmaacurigxfl6jykwzl71px1

  2. Navigate to dist/ and run the .exe file. Recommended to run the file as an administrator. This should open up the GUI.

3. Select the input directory (folder containing all the ECG images) and the output directory (folder where results will be written to). For optimal execution, use separate input and output directories.

4. Click on the ‘Process‘ or ‘Submit‘ button.

5. Logs are printed in the terminal within the executable window. A copy of all logs will be saved in dist/logs.txt.

6. Once the application is done running, results will be saved as a csv file in the selected output directory, and you’ll see a pop-up window informing the same.
