Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CarDSPlus-IN, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the application.

Purpose of the Application
CarDSPlus-IN is intended solely for use by authorized study coordinators involved in collaborative clinical research studies. The application is not intended for patients, study participants, or members of the general public.

Eligibility
You may use this application only if you are authorized by the study sponsor or research organization associated with the study. Access may be granted or revoked at any time at the discretion of the application administrators.

Use of the Application
You agree to use CarDSPlus-IN only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the application, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with system operations, or use the application for purposes outside approved study activities.

No Medical Use or Advice
CarDSPlus-IN does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The application is intended for research coordination and operational purposes only and must not be used to make clinical or medical decisions.

Data and Confidentiality
You are responsible for ensuring that no participant-identifiable information is entered into the application. Any data entered must comply with applicable study protocols, institutional policies, and local regulations.

While reasonable safeguards are used to protect data, you acknowledge that no system can be completely secure and that use of the application is at your own risk.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the application, including software, design, and content, are owned by CarDS Lab or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application solely for its intended purpose.

Service Availability
CarDSPlus-IN is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the application at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarDSPlus-IN and its developers, owners, and collaborators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.

Changes to Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the associated website, and continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
